Today, we all live in a very busy world full of responsabiliites, deadlines, unclear or inadequate communication at work or with family members or partners. All mention things make a huge pressure on our everyday life and as a result we are overwhelmed with dissatisfaction, tiredness, fatigue. Sometimes we can feel anxious or worried about upcoming events. 

I completed M.A. in General Psychology and I am a licensed TA counselor with several years of clinical expirience and counseling. I am here to guide you through process of resolving problems that you encounter on everyday basis, providing you with techniques that you will be able to use every time when stress knocks on your door. 

This is your space and I'm excited to be a part of your path toward more positive and stress-free living.

As a result of relationship support from me, I hope you will navigate the process of developing capacities, resources and better stategies for managing everyday stress and most important, have a better sense of your interpersonal strengths

Dealing with stress - one day plan
On day one we will built comfortable space and rapport where all needed information will be gathered. On the same day we will specify cause of your stress and problem you want to solve. After specifying cause, I will give you several tips which I consider to be helpful in stressful situations. If you see me as a right person to talk to we can schedule time for different plan and meetngs

Dealing with stress - weekly plan
On day one we will built comfortable space and rapport where all needed information will be gathered. On the same day we will specify cause of your stress and problem you want to solve. During one week, will go step by step on solving problem and achieving specific goal that we agreed to work on. Every day I will provide you support and techniques that you will be able to practice by yourself. Also, every day we will discuss progress, and possible difficulties that you encounter. You will be giving me feedback on how techniques work on you and were there any difficulties. If so, together we will find specific way to deal with stress that is the best for you. On our final day we will review what we have done and I will give you extra tips that you can rely on when you find yourself in a stressful situation again.
