I completed my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Kansas. Currently, I'm completing the final year of my Ph.D. program in Counseling Psychology.

While I cannot provide remote counseling services, I am available to offer emotional support, insight, and ideas on how to relieve emotional suffering and restore greater balance in your life.

I have almost 10 years of graduate experience learning about and treating issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, adjustment issues, and interpersonal concerns.
