Connect with yourself
In the 1 Week Plan of this course, we will see any reasons behind any disturbance of the situation that is bothering you by discussing how relationships act like a mirror of our own perception and beliefs. Then, we will see in detail how our beliefs contribute in creating our reality and relationships and how we can start changing them in order to create the life and relationships we want by first connecting with ourselves. The psychology tools we will use on these sessions are active listening, cognitive behavioural therapy and maybe some meditations.
