If you answered yes to these questions then you need to train your mind to be less judgmental and critical. I will teach you techniques to help you change your fundamental patterns of thinking and feeling which will help you gain back control of your mind and your life. We can have three 30 minute sessions where I will help you explore and analyze your thoughts and teach you the basics needed to have a more positive outlook and mind. I will not ask you to fill out any forms or extra information. You control what you want to share, and when! So let's get started on this journey to experience change and a greater sense of flow.

No, you do not have to. You can let me know if a question makes you feel uncomfortable and we can skip it.

Will my personal details remain confidential?

Yes, definitely. I am very particular about protecting my client's personal details and they will not be shared. You may also remain anonymous throughout the entire process if you prefer.

Can I take a rain-check on a session if I am not available that day?

Yes, you can. You just need to drop me a message at least 2 hours prior to our agreed time and we can reschedule according to your availability.
