Being a Vegan is difficult, I should know, I am one; a 48 year old male Vegan. I'm also an expert in human motivation, helping people find their core strengths and motivate them in many areas of their lives. With this program I'll walk you through the common pitfalls of someone new to veganism; like weight loss not guaranteed, (potato chips are vegan), so you can see the pitfalls that can be traps that lead you to veganism but not healthy veganism. Join me for direction on how to motivate yourself for the change to veganism. I'm not a dietitian, this is for motivation and organization.

Veganism as part of your overall change
As I stated in the introduction I'm not a dietitian, I'm an Organizational Psychologist that's an expert in human motivation factors, which is a mouthful, but what it means is I can help you cut through your excuses, find the source of your motivation, (health, animal care, global care), and work with you to develop a plan that you can stick to. Remember though no one is perfect, your favorite meat, cheese, or dairy will stare you in the face at some point, and a slip is not a fall, you start over the next meal or next day.
