The word "stress" has become an all encompassing word to define a host of varying conditions, not all of which are accurate.
Our first step is to understand what the symptoms for "true" stress actually include. It is common for these present as any combination of mental, social or physical manifestations.
For example thess include exhaustion, loss of/increased appetite, headaches, crying, sleeplessness, and oversleeping.
A second indicator couple be your bahavoirs too. The desse to "escape" through alcohol, drugs, or other compulsive behavior are often indications.During these "times" you may experience a range of various and sensations of alarm, frustration, or even apathy.
