The fear of results that might happen before or after the action that your gonna do feels so destructive. That moment when you're having anxiety attacks makes you feel so small. But there are ways to deal with it.
First, you gotta stay calm. Inhale as you count to 5 sec and exhale as you count 7. Do it several times and just calm yourself down.
second, think of the positive things that's gonna happen if you do that certain action as well as the negative. Don't panic as you think about it specially in the negative side.
third, weigh everything. Try to weigh if the positive side is more or the negative. If there's way more positive than to the negative, go for it. If it's the other way around, you don't. But remember, don't exaggerate the sides. You'll only get more confused and scared.
fourth, if things are way more positive, do it cautiously. And;
fifth, if you really can't handle the decision making coz your anxiety feels worse, ask some right guidance to the right people. It helps in your decision making.
