No matter how puny you feel towards yourself during the summer this isnthe time to change that! Winter might not be the best weather to go outside and go for a run but it sure is the best weather to lose weight. Start with an indoor exercise plan and work from there. Many people restrain themselfs from eating too much or eating too little. My advice? Eat what ever you want! But just work out. Doesn't matter if you think you ate too much at the family gathering or spent too much time with the popcorn at the movies. All you have to do is some cardio workouts for atleast thirty minutes and you are done! In two weeks you will see a difference i assure you. In four weeks everyone around you will see a difference and let me tell you. That feeling of being light and energy packing is the greatest feeling in the world!
