Thinking More Positively
Our brain is a powerful tool that too many of us don't use for our benefit. Your more likely to think negatively before you'll think positively about any various situation. Here is where you can take the driver seat and start to change your direction in your thinking process.
Simply do the following next time you feel your thinking more on the dark side:
- Literally stop what your doing and start to examine your active thought process
- Verify that your current thoughts are negative and leaning towards the darkness
- Ask yourself if this situation is being blown up into something bigger then it should be
- Balance the facts and reality about the situation between your current thinking
- View the thought or situation in someone else's shoes to gain clarity
