I have Bipolar 2 ... and a new pair of running shoes
I've been running in circles of highs and lows for as long as I can remember. But, I know I'm not alone.
Everyone is running in circles, just different sizes and for a differing number of laps.
Break away from the circle, jump the hurdles and stumble through the finish line... then chuck your running shoes away. They are worn out, dirty and probably really stink. Why hold on to them when you can upgrade to some better trainers that help you jump higher, run more efficiently and recover quicker.
... I've ran in to a few hurdles and tripped on one or two but I'm running in a straight line now and my bright pink , black meshy, seriously supportive trainers are with me the whole way.
Grab a jogging partner and run it with them. Join a team and set new personal bests. Then look back and see how far you have come, the distance you've covered, the hurdles you've cleared... then treat yourself to a new pair of running shoes. Your old ones are so last season and you are setting a new trend.
If you need a jogging partner then give me a shout and I'll grab my shoes!
