It's A New Day, Be Positive!
Being an active and busy adult with mental health issues isn't easy. I'm dealing with what everyone else deals with on a daily bases, plus to add insult to injury, I also suffer with nagging mental health issues that boggle me down and cause me to be in a less then happy mood. That was the usual case for me a several years ago, however, now I have learned more about my illnesses and taken direct action to ensure I live well and thrive.
One key element to me becoming healthier is being positive and looking at every new day as another chance to get it right this time and succeed. So every day as the sun came up and I woke up, I would welcome the new day as a new chance, leaving everything of yesterday behind me.
Tomorrow morning as your day starts think about how this new day is another opportunity you have to do right and do well. The mistakes and hardships of yesterday are gone and today should be your main focus. Remembering this vital fact--the fact that no matter how horrible your day was yesterday, today, right now is a fresh start--is important and will soon ease and bless your heart.
