Stress is a chemical reaction
your opinion of stress and how it effects you may change when you understand that it's a chemical response in your body. Stress is the buildup of a hormone called Cortisol. Eat well and exercise and your Cortisol levels won't spike as much / as often and you'll feel happier and less stressed. Also, if you have high levels of Cortisol try going for a run, it will literally burn them off!
